چكيده
The mannich reaction is a multiplier reaction that has long been of great importance and a
classical method for the aminoalkylation of aldehydes, and has been one of the most important basic reactions in organic chemistry for use in natural products and pharmaceutical chemistry.In this thesis a series of 1(α-aminoalkyl)naphthols were synthesized expeditiously in good yields and selectivity from 2-naphthol, alkylamines and aldehydes. In the presence of γ-Fe2O1 nanopartical at room temperature in water.The reaction progress was monitored using TLC and the final product was evaluated under the uv lamp. The Chemical structure of all synthesized pruducts were confirmed by the spectrometric methods incloding FT-IR,11C
NMR,1H NMR and Mass spectroscopy.
