The aim of the present study is to investigate the prediction of the child's predisposition to self-control based on the dimensions of perfectionism and mother's decision-making styles through the self-conceptual mediation of ten- to twelve-year-old children in Khomeini Shahr. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of research method. The statistical population in this study included all children aged 10 to 12 years in Khomeini Shahrschool The academic year2020 (total number 3233 people), 378 people were selected through Cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data collection tools include Tanji et al.'s self-control questionnaire (2004), Hill's perfectionism(2004), Scott and Bruce decision-making styles(1995), and Yassen Chen's self-concept(2004). Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the child's tendency to self-control with the dimensions of perfectionism and the self-conceptual mediation of ten- to twelve-year-old children in Khomeini Shahr (P <0.05). There is a significant relationship between the child's desire for self-control and the mother's decision-making styles with the self-conceptual mediation of ten- to twelve-year-old children in Khomeini Shahr (P <0.05). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the child's tendency to self-control with the dimensions of perfectionism and the mother's decision-making styles with the self-mediated mediation of ten- to twelve-year-old children in Khomeini Shahr.
